Back by popular demand! The EIPBN Bizarre and Beautiful MicroGraph Contest. Awards are given in 6 categories. The winning micrographs will published in the conference Web Pages.
General Information
The fields of research covered by this conference have been at the forefront of the drive to develope technology to make smaller and smaller structures. We have ventured into size regimes where we are often dependent on microscopes and the skill of microscopists to see the results of our work (and often what went wrong). To highlight the importance of micrographs to the field, the conference is holding a micrograph contest . The entries will be judged both from the technological and artistic standpoint.
A panel of judges will disqualify any entry that it believes has not conformed to the rules and will select the winners. Awards will be announced at the Thursday Night Banquet. There are six categories:

No more micrographs on plastic.
ALL ENTRIES MUST BE IN ELECTRONIC FORM.
There are now 4 simple steps to fame and fortune:
1 - Read the rules.
2 - Select your
favorite micrograph(s). [ You can enter as many times as you like.]
3 - For each Micrograph: download the
powerpoint template
and entry form ,
paste in you micrograph and fill out the template and fill out the entry form.
4 - EMail the micrograph(s) and entry form(s) to jrandall@zyvex.com .
