Joseph Lake will be attending the Molecular Foundry User Meeting in Berkeley, California August 15-16, 2018. This meeting brings together researchers from universities, national labs and companies from across the globe. This year’s attendance is expected to be approximately 300 researchers.
Joseph will be presenting the poster “Development of a Standardized Platform for Atomically Precision Device Fabrication” based on results to date of Zyvex Labs’ user project with Molecular Foundry. This goal of this project is to develop a development platform suitable for a wide range of devices produced using atomically precise manufacturing techniques including highly doped contact pad areas and alignment marks suitable for all levels of lithography, optical, e-beam and STM based hydrogen depassivation lithography.
Zyvex Lab’s ZyVector™ Control system provides the world’s highest (sub-nm) resolution lithography technology. Click here for more information.
The Zyvex Creep and Hysteresis Correction Controller is a live tip position control for fast settling times after landing, and precise motion across the surface. Click here for more information.
