Zyvex Labs is proud to announce that it has entered into two collaborative user agreements with the Center for Integrated NanoTechnology (CINT) jointly operated by: Los Alamos National Laboratory and Sandia National Laboratories.
These user agreements are highly sought after because CINT offers world-leading capabilities to create, characterize, and understand nanoscale materials in increasing complex integrated environments. This comprehensive suite of capabilities includes the technical expertise, instrumentation and software necessary to address important nanoscience integration problems and obtain high-impact research results.
Besides access to superlative instrumentation, Zyvex Labs will collaborate with the eminent Dr. Ezra Bussmann on the two projects, adding significant scientific expertise. The first project will develop nanoscale bipolar transistors that are expected to have extremely high performance. The second will develop an advanced Scanning Tunneling Microscopy based lithography technique to deterministically place dopant atoms in Si with atomic precision.
These projects will run at least from January 2017 to June 2018 and are expected to significantly advance the science of nanoelectronic devices.
